Learn from expert guest interviews and deeply researched solo episodes
We're often sold that a 200-, 300-, or even 500-hour YTT will give us the answers, but in reality, they're only the tip of the iceberg. One day it dawned on me that there is so much I didn't properly learn during my YTT and that what my YTT did cover only just scraped the surface of this vast, immensely complex practice we call yoga.
In my study guides and podcast, I aim to fill in this gap. Together, let's learn the foundations (and be able to recall them when needed) and dive deep into the study of yoga. Let's go from certified to confident.
P.S. When I'm not researching and studying new guides and episodes you'll find me being Mum to my toddler, cuddling my cat, practicing yoga, teaching yin yoga or studying herbalism (yes I am a bit of a nerd!)
Indu discusses the glamorization of asana and how to combat this as a community, the real meaning of yoga, the importance of subtle in yoga and furthering your yoga studies with reliable resources.
Deep dive into the art and science of pedagogy in yoga teaching. Sage shares her rich experience in transitioning from an academic teaching background to yoga instruction and the lessons learned along the way.
